Also as part of the agreement, the Justice Department would not proceed with an investigation of Hillary's pay to play deals with foreign governments and businessmen who contributed to the Clinton Foundation or who paid Bill Clinton exorbitant speaking fees.

Um, NO!

Under the Justice Department's plea offer, Hillary would be required to sign a document admitting that she committed a prosecutable crime. In return, the DOJ would agree not to bring charges against Hillary in connection with the email probe. Not good enough, lock her up.

Well, if you’re too cowardly to prosecute her .. then just resign and be done with it.

Why is it that only Hillary is given a pass from criminal activity ..?????????

THIS KIND OF CRAP HAS TO STOP.

Sorry to be a cynic, but I have to call BS on this story. None of the swamp dwellers have been or ever will be prosecuted. I pray daily that I’m wrong and we will get back to a place where the rules apply to all in an equal manner.

I don’t know why anyone would think this would be fakenews.

From Ed Kleins website, his bio shows he worked for two of the top media out there: The New York Times and Newsweek.

I am sure this is where he received his excellent coaching and training on journalism and journalistic standards.

I just wanted to point this out.

How is that anything other than a double standard for the powerful? Billions and billions of pay for play corruption at the highest level of government—and the Trump admin just wants to do a more formal version of what Comey did?

They were not “pay for play” deals.

They were bribes!

No prison for hillary. No investigation to Bills fees. No investigation to clinton foundation 245 million pay to play.

And the people of the USA get no explanation or justice. Prosecute her and bill. Let the chips fall where they will. At least fight the good fight and don't let that bitch talk her way out of prison time. If she wins.....well that is the system. Make it fair. But try the case....cases. Put her through hell.

What a sweetheart deal.

She never gets charged or convicted. She just says she committed a crime. And then they also won’t look into her pay to play crimes.

This is bullshit. They need to get a stronger deal for the gov’t. She at least has to get a conviction on her record.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, confirmed to Fox News the investigation into Clinton and her staff.

She signs a piece of paper admitting her guilt and then walks? Total BS. She’s a criminal. If anyone besides her committed the crimes she has, they would be tried, convicted and sentenced to prison.

Why is Hillary above the law?

My suspicion: she has blackmail items on a number of very high government officials.

Now: what about Huma, et al. Are they walking too? Is Hillary insisting their crimes be excused also?

She was humiliated in a national election. Our work is done here. She will not be prosecuted or plea to sign an admission of guilt.

She is too arrogant to say yes to breaking the law...that is permission then to go full bore. I hope she says no.
