So no charges of any kind brought against Hillary and DOJ agrees hands off the Clinton Foundation? Hillary only has to sign something admitting she made a mistake?
Remember folks, Gentleman Jess Seffions recused himself not only from anything related to President Trump and his campaign, but also from anything related to Hillary, on the grounds that gentlemen don’t prosecute political opponents.
So Rosenstein would be the one to give approval to this.
Sounds like the Swamp is trying to place the Clintons beyond the reach of the law while they have the opportunity right now to do so.

I would prefer they prosecute every single one of them. Then take all of their “stolen” assets including every last penny of the foundation money.
BTW... I thought Sessions was all for forfeiture to stop organized crime? IMO, what they were doing was “well” organized and a crime!
