No, Alex got banned, because he began bragging about how there are very few blacks in the Philippines, showing how much of a despicable racist jackwagon he is. That's in addition to him being a cowardly loser, who should have gotten banned because he was encouraging other FReepers to turn chicken ass and run away from their country instead of staying put and fighting back.
