It takes only 51 votes to pass a bill—if it comes up for a vote. Under Senate rules, a bill can't come up for a vote without 60 votes to end a filibuster.

Democrats FREQUENTLY surpass 60 votes.
Republicans RARELY surpass 60 votes.
The result is ever bigger Government by passing leftist laws more frequently.

This is why the U.S. Constitution ONLY requires a plurality, NOT a majority and especially NOT a high 60 vote super majority. 60 is UNFAIR and UNEQUAL as it creates a Socialist Society.
