For anyone to get an ex-pres travel arrangements is close to impossible. For the AG of the USA it wouldn’t take much. However, Lynch couldn’t have initiated the contact or set up the meeting. It would not make any sense. Bill Clinton had to give info and get info to set this up. I seriously doubt lynch ever spoke to Clinton until the date of the meeting. That would have to be a high ranking member of the DOJ or the FBI Director.
