I read that it was hidden in a “crevice”. Isn’t where all of us store our laptops? If there are crevices in the Capitol building maybe they should jack up the foundation and install better footings. All that congressional blubber might be causing it to sink into the swamp.

Sounds to me as if they had it setup in a location to listen or spoof another mobile enabled server, or act as a repeater/ftp server to lob/route conversations offsite to a collection server for classification and cataloging
