Just this past week, the DOJ sent letters to four cities — Stockton and San Bernardino, CaliforniaStockton is going to be in deep doo doo again, as they declared bankruptcy a few years ago. They created their own problems, and are doubling down on stupid.

Did you overlook Chicago since Emanual is threating to sue the government if they hold back payments to them as well. I say, cut them all off from the government trough, comply or else!!! Period!!!!!!!!!!!!
