I was just at that very RMV office (the main one in Boston) a month or so ago getting my Handicapped Placard.Looking at some of the trash they had working there it's not difficult to imagine stuff like that going on.In fact it's not hard to imagine *any* form of depravity/illegality from *any* Commonwealth of Massachusetts employee.Just look at the history of Billy Bulger,Whitey's kid brother.

Here in NJ they are entitled affirmative action slugs - like Patty & Selma on “The Simpsons” (”On some days, we don’t let the line move at all...”)
