I’m fine with California being an independent country, given the following:
1. Not a penny of foreign aid from the U.S., under any conditions.
2. No refugees from California to be admitted into the U.S. after independence is established.

Any "refugees" attempting to enter Arizona will be turned back ... with few exceptions
