Yes, though Trump at least doesn’t have a good rapport with McMaster and has had some skirmishes and second thoughts to date.
Kelly is the guy who has totally snowed Trump. We all have weaknesses and we know that one of Trump’s is being susceptible to flattery—which I think Kelly has known to manage well.
