We out here in fly-over country understand this is the last chance we will have to save the nation from Obama style “Fundamental Transformation”.
But it doesn’t seem that the GOPe sees that.
Or they just don’t care as long as the lobbyist money keeps flowing their way for a while longer.
We see many republicans working hand in glove with democrats and the media to sink the Trump administration thinking they, or one of their pals, can replace President Trump in 2020.
The truth is, if republicans do somehow damage President Trump enough to cause him to lose the primary in 2020 they will also be destroying the republican party and guaranteeing another democrat in the White House.
And probably democrat majorities in the senate and house as well.
Another democrat regime in 4 years may not rule forever but it would be long enough to prevent any chance of restoring the Republic.
The Republican Party was damaged during the last campaign. They will not recover. Trump has remade the landscape
