OK, he's technically right. Expressing a death wish isn't the same as a death threat, but it's pretty close except for the weasel words. At the very least it's an expression of free speech that will probably send him running for his safe space when others exercise THEIR free speech rights to respond to his public statements.
I always figured that the best way to deal with liberals making death threats is to send them death threats right back. Make him run and hide.
