I have lost weight since I started eating like a cave man. I eat cooked meat, raw fruits, raw vegetables, and I walk a lot. I am not hungry and I can eat like this for as long as I live.
That sounds like the Paleo Diet. Eating like the cave men did. It’s all the rage in some circles. Good luck.
You could also live on poison for the rest of your life. It’s just that it wouldn’t be for very long.
