My wife is a veterinarian, both US Army and civilian, one of her biggest complaints is people bringing in animals sick from preventable conditions wherein the only choice left is putting them down.
Tell your wife to look at the risks on the package inserts of the vaccines. To me, maybe only me, the neurotoxicity is not a risk I would want to take with my pets. I keep them in the house and they don’t have wild exposure or other animals, since they are cats. It may be worth the risk for dogs exposed to a lot of other dogs.
