wouldn’t be hard to do, e.g., append “*” or “#” at the end of the PIN, ATM system auto dials 911 and auto-feeds ATM address to police.

I think they are tracking withdrawals..once I took out a large sum out about 150 miles from my living and atm withdrawal area....got a call from bank asking if it was me doing the withdrawal a few days later...also they have cameras..but you have a good idea
...maybe each person could put in their own specific code which would indicate that help is needed...
