For what it's worth, patients with high grade gliomas rarely last more than 1-2 years. I don't wish this kind of end on anyone - I would have much rather seen McCain's political career come to an end by being voted out of office.

Personally, I’d rather have seen him drug through the mud, destitute and broken.
Instead, I’ll be content to see him waste away, hopefully in the same pain he’s put We the People through. Let Hell dish out the last of his just desserts.
IMO, not enough peeps on the ‘low road’ to do what needs be done.
