Exactly on point: This person served with honor and bravery under the guise of DON’T ASK DON’T TELL. He was NOT parading around in a skirt, wearing lipstick or pretending to menstruate.
Every brave thing he did was AS A MAN.
He hid his ahem...particular obsession in order to promote unity and NOT BE A DISTRACTION to those in harms’ way.
