I’m pretty sure I’ve read somewhere that Obamacare requires all this stuff to be covered.
I don’t personally care if it saves any money, and it can be tackled in Obamacare separately at some point.
I care about military effectiveness, saving lives, and winning engagements/battles/wars.
And that will save money. Nothing is as expensive as defeat.
