One thing continues to bother me.
Se made two calls to 911. I’m not certain if she got the same 911 operator both times, or not.
I have read the transcripts of both 911 calls. At no time, did the 911 operator(s) instruct her to stay in her house, lock the doors and wait for the police to contact her.
I thought that was SOP for 911 operators.
Why isn’t the 911 call center being investigated?
