Exactly. All official business, which would not have been on his radar. You don't ask a foreign service officer or anyone else is federal government if they have had contact with Russians. All of US policy (which I have at times contributed to) is based on undisclosed, unofficial business. Do you not get that? There is no one in federal government that would report these instances. WHY? Because it is their fcking job to engage and have audiences with foreigners. I've done it for 15+ years in both State and DoD, and those types of contact are not part of the criteria to report.
