Immigration enforcement falls under the purview of DHS. General Kelly is in charge, not the AG.
The DOJ is in charge of criminal immigration enforcement. Sessions has been rounding up the criminal aliens and gang members, and is increasing immigration judges to take care of the backlog of cases.
