If you're the AG and you're going to consider prosecuting someone like Clinton, you've got to consider all the charges and all the outcomes. There's a political aspect to such charges, and if I were Trump, I'd consider all the possible outcomes--the entire administration will need to shape the outcome, and be prepared to counter any attack or legal moves by Clinton. She would not take any charges lightly, and while she holds no current office, she was FLOTUS and SoS; she undoubtedly has dirt on many people, and would go down swinging.

I'm not saying she shouldn't be prosecuted, I'm only saying that one needs to consider the charges, the potential outcomes, and the political fallout should you be unable to obtain a prosecution.

Perhaps Sessions doesn't feel he has enough evidence or support to bring charges against her. Maybe Trump believes that he should press forward anyway. Session has a lifetime of experience, and knows that could be sullied, should he be unsuccessful in her prosecution.

You and I have more than enough evidence to put her and her whole entourage in jail for life, if not to have them executed outright.

If Sessions can’t find that evidence he is worse than useless.

It’s time to consider whether Sessions is a secret member of the Clinton crime family.

She would “go down”...being the key.
Also, leaving no doubt to the world who she really is.
Let’s get all of the dirty laundry on the table..else we will forever be compromised.
Not to mention the “rule of law” would mean something again.

Very true. Look, I’ll admit it - I agreed with Trump when it became obvious that he was going to leave Clinton alone after the election. He clearly didn’t want to tear the country apart by prosecuting his opponent and potentially putting her in jail. He wanted the country to come together and heal, and if it took Hillary retiring to some mansion somewhere for the rest of her days to do that - so be it.

But she DIDN’T retire. And the country DIDN’T come together - and the country DIDN’T heal. So now we find ourselves in a very real cold civil war that one side (that would be ours) seems disinclined to engage in. Well, time to engage in it and bring Hillary up on charges. What are the RATS / media gonna do... get mad at us?
