I was doing this in and around Dallas Texas so I’m sure you’re correct about the depth along the east coast they can go as deep as they need to go , but I was familiar with work in Texas mostly shallow work

Well, howdy neighbor,
I’m in the Dallas area as well. Live in an unincorporated community up on the northern periphery of the metroplex. You’re probably right about that. Probably the biggest risk in Texas when tunneling is hitting old abandoned oil and gas wells.
