Mueller and Trump Prepare for War with America the Loser

Much of America Will Not Tolerate Mueller Undoing the Election

Watergate ended with a whimper, not a bang. After months of sturm und drang, Richard Nixon finally mounted that helicopter, gave that famous farewell peace sign and flew away. Most Americans were relieved to see him go. Our long national nightmare was over.

If something similar happens to Donald Trump, it will be entirely different. A significant portion of the American public — myself admittedly among them — will be convinced he has been railroaded in a partisan hatchet job. The voters who elected the president are going to feel, at the very least, undermined, more likely betrayed, by their own government and public officials. Many are going to feel this has nothing to do whatsoever with justice and will act accordingly.

The exact results of this mammoth national split are not easy to predict but they could range from massive civil disobedience to outright civil war.

The behavior of special prosecutor Robert Mueller has exacerbated the situation. Even CNN admits he has staffed his investigation almost exclusively with Democratic Party supporters and donors. It's hard to say whether this is brazen or stupid or both, but it certainly doesn't lend credibility to his eventual decisions. At the very least it's extremely unsophisticated for a former director of the FBI — but perhaps that's really the way it is. Nothing (and no one) can stand in the way of prosecution.

And then there are the leaks that emerge from his supposedly confidential investigation at seemingly a mile a minute pace.....

The leaks are the reason for the investigation. Mueller isn’t going to find anything. However he can beat Trump over the head for 4 years with leaks.

He needs to be fired.

Precisely.

President Trump should just fire Mueller, explain in detail his reasons for doing so, invite Congress to impeach him if they can produce evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors, and get this Democrat treachery out of the way so the nation can move forward.

The Media's heads will explode, and we'll be scraping their brains off of the walls for weeks. But afterwards, their power will be broken and America can get back to being the greatest nation on Earth.

Alternately, a decent, fair-minded Special Counsel could be appointed, and who will hire fair-minded staff, instead of a who's who of partisan Democrats.

If the President doesn't do this, Mueller will be around for the next 3-1/2 years doing the Democrat party's opposition research for them—at taxpayer expense—right up through the 2020 election cycle.

Any sentient being should be able to see that Mueller hanging around for the next 3-1/2 years will create a completely untenable situation—one which harms the President's agenda, and thereby the entire working class.

Who wants that?

If it means Civil War—if that's what the Swamp wants—then so be it. Enough talk. Enough Democrat-driven Deep State Swamp-dweller treason. I'll stack up the Trump administration's Fake Treason against the Swamp's Real Treason any day of the week.

If push comes to shove, the vast majority of the People—having seen what the Democrats, NeverTrump GOPe and Media have been doing for the last 2 years—will stand with the President and against the Swamp. It won't even be close...

"Mueller isn’t going to find anything. However he can beat Trump over the head for 4 years with leaks."

That's why I'm sickened by the endless fawning of Mueller being such a "Man of integrity".

A true "man of integrity" would find out who in his office is leaking like a faucet and fire them post-haste.

It makes Mueller look like the political hack and dishonest creep he really is.

"There is no law in McMinn County," said a WWII veteran to one of the corrupt deputies besieged in the county jail at the Battle of Athens.

Sucks having the shoe on the other foot, but its to be expected when you’re in power.

In 1998-1999, there were only a couple of Democrats militantly opposing the Republican impeachment attempt.

There will be MILLIONS of Trumpkins militantly opposing a Congressional usurpation and coup.

They should be getting that weird ghostly feeling around their necks just about now, as a precursor of events to come...

If Trump gets rid of Mueller, who is really going to care?

The MSM and some Democrat politicians.

The vast majority of Americans don't care.

If Trump were to take action, there will be cries of indignation for the usual suspects. All Trump would need to do is distract their attention with an Executive Order - banning something precious to the Liberals...and they would all be running off in another direction.

Mueller will start another civil war. One an a-hole like him can’t win.

-- He also gave an even bigger clue when the Department of Justice issued that strange press release (with Rosenstein listed as the official who authorized its release) back in mid-June that gave the following warning --

Just filling out this thread with the record on that. Rosentein's June 15 press release makes specific references that appear to associate with a particular June 14 WaPo report that Mueller was investigating Trump for obstruction of justice.

That press release can't be meant to apply to news reports of Mueller's recently reported mission creep.

Not to say the mission creep news reports are non-fiction, but Trump surrogates are treating them as plausible.

Muller investigators are already examining the financial dealings of Mr. Trump and his associates, not limiting themselves to possible collusion with Russia in the 2016 election. Mr. Trump's business ties to Russians go back decades.

CBS - July 21

Sekulow said in an interview Thursday that the president and his legal team are intent on making sure Mueller stays within the boundaries of his assignment as special counsel. He said they will complain directly to Mueller if necessary.

"The fact is that the president is concerned about conflicts that exist within the special counsel's office and any changes in the scope of the investigation," Sekulow said. "The scope is going to have to stay within his mandate. If there's drifting, we're going to object."

Sekulow cited Bloomberg News reports that Mueller is scrutinizing some of Trump's business dealings, including with a Russian oligarch who purchased a Palm Beach mansion from Trump for $95 million in 2008.

"They're talking about real estate transactions in Palm Beach several years ago," Sekulow said. "In our view, this is far outside the scope of a legitimate investigation."

In light of the fact that the investigation team Robert Mueller appointed is comprised of Democrat donors, should he resign as Special Council?

Yes, this is a conflict of interest and may lead to political bias in the investigation (97%, 15,806 Votes)

No, political donations do not meet the threshold of conflict of interest (2%, 319 Votes)

Not Sure (1%, 187 Votes)

Total Voters: 16,312

America the loser, maybe not! Perhaps people in general will come to realize that there is no proof that the Russians had any effect on the 2016 election and then they will come to the conclusion that this Russian crap is a contrivance of the democratic party, nothing else.

That would be a big win in favor of the current administration. Did anyone notice that Trump just continues to roll along without regard to what the democrats are trying to do. Also, notice that the news media (CNN, ABC, MSNBC, CBS, NPR, etc.) are now suggesting that Trump is considering pardoning himself. Pardoning himself for what? He hasn’t done anything wrong. People, start to hold the news media’s foot to the fire for crap like this. Start to ask yourself where this stuff comes from, that Trump is considering pardoning himself. Such garbage!

It actually lends a ton of credibility to his eventual decisions if he exonerates Trump of any wrongdoing.

Only way that will happen is..........Well use your imagination.
