What is going unmentioned here, is that all of the listed Counties, are among those, with the highest populations of illegal aliens. In the rural Counties they are working in agricultural jobs. In the largest urban Counties Multnomah (Portland) and Marion (Salem) they work in entry level and semi-skilled jobs, supplemented with lots of welfare money and benefits. Unfortunately, many came from cultures with poor sanitary skills. Lonely, single young adult men, with money in their pockets and an itch in their jeans. Is anybody surprised another gonorrhea epidemic is upon us?
It goes really well with the SoCal Hepatitis epidemic. Maybe the government asking us to create spaces in our yards for the homeless will help these problems...
