The article says that Mueller and Kerry played Lacrosse, Hockey and Soccer together and that their team had little success. Just like the dumbocrat party of today.

There is a lacrosse picture of the two in the article. I write about lacrosse as a hobby and have known this for awhile. I don’t think either played in college.
Why does the picture show hockey?
They actually look related, both then and now.
I have thought this recently after seeing a current photo of Mueller, but his resemblance to Kerry was striking back then, too.
According to the article, his yearbook shows he played on the soccer, hockey, and lacrosse teams at St Paul! Not likely something would do today.
