If this quote is accurate, it is stupid of Trump. If he wants Sessions to resign, just walk up to him and ask for his resignation. What good does it do to embarrass him in public? It will just make every other staff person see that if Trump throws Sessions under the bus so easily, he’ll have no loyalty to me either.
They all know what they're getting into with Trump. He has a very public persona.
Regarding loyalty, it's about job performance if you've studied The Apprentice. Sessions wasn't performing at a top-level for a top-level position, at least not publicly. Hopefully, the others are motivated to excel at performance expected of supporting the President of the United States.
