Presently there is only evidence and not proof. But there is evidence, so there’s an investigation.
If the media had looked for evidence of other countries interfering there’d be a useful investigation.

Also, why is it always assumed that if the Russians did interfere in the election, that they were successful? Maybe the interference was on behalf of Hillary and it didn't work. Just like Obama tried to influence the Israeli elections and was unsuccessful.
