He needs to retire now, let Governor Ducey appoint a replacement.. He is the healthiest he will ever be right now. With this type of tumor he’ll probably be getting chemo and radiation over at least the next year.

Why: Pure selfishness and megalomania, and they love the increased attention and fawning they get because they’re sick.

I don’t think McCain will do the right thing for Arizona and for the country—resign/retire. He will kid himself that he’s going to recover completely in a short period of time. Nonsense, baloney, ain’t gonna happen!!! He knows right now how sick he is, how the doctors are going to wage total war against the tumor with massive chemo and radiation. The post surgery treatment will make him even sicker than he already is, and this will go on for months and months and months—if he lives that long.
