It isn't so much that he's a skinny or a mooslimb. It's that he's a cop and they can do anything or kill anyone and expect no serious consequences. H should be up for murder 2, but I'm guessing that will NEVER happen. If you want to get away with murder become a cop.

Noor has only to say he felt threatened, and perhaps he did, however unjustifiably. But that has become the standard for whether a shooting/killing by a cop is justified.
