We were last stationed in Germany from 88-91, crime was almost unheard of, we could go anywhere any time of the day or night and not worry. Those days are gone forever now I guess. Merkel has destroyed Germany as sure as the Kaiser and Hitler destroyed Germany.

Greaaaaaaatttttt.... my daughter and her husband are leaving for Germany. He will be stationed there for two years. I was hoping my worries about a young American female in Germany were totally unfounded.
It'll be a long two years if she can't ever leave base.

We were last stationed in Germany from 88-91 Yep; I was at HQ EUCOM at Stuttgart from '89-'92. It was an impressively run country back then. Merkel has permanently damaged that country.
