Every case is different. It is overbroad to say all cases take months to prepare. The major reason for lengthy delays are court systems where everyone gets paid. Paperwork is passed around in an effort to increase costs and delay results.
In a case of any magnitude, the cases seem to take forever, My thoughts are that Sessions can never prosecute a case if they never investigated same in the first place. Where are the records from Hillary’s interview? Where are the actual Servers and why are they not being held to a chain of custody? Where are the Gov’t records regarding the unmasking? It is said they are in the Obama Library. The Library doesn’t exist. They are not Obama’s records to keep. Sessions should have all records and materials from all Departments and a chain of Custody.

As you said these are cases of “some magnitude” and as far as this comment, “My thoughts are that Sessions can never prosecute a case if they never investigated same in the first place”, If as you say the records have been destroyed then you are right but that then opens up another case does it not?

My belief and a strong one it is, is that if enough people are made to pay an extraordinary price for destroying evidence, leaking classified docs, etc then those things will almost disappear because the reward will not be worth the pain of the penalty paid if caught. The secret is to never give up and keep digging, pushing, turning over rocks. Let those being targeted know about it, let them lawyer up with $700 per our Washington Atty’s and see how quickly they decide to come clean in order to keep from losing all they have.
