If the bill actually did what the this vague, yet overly sensational story says it does, it wouldn't last two seconds before being tossed out by a Federal Judge on 1st amendment grounds. Assuming, of course it could get through a Republican House/Senate and be signed by President Trump.

No, its a trap, there are two H.R. 257 introduced. The one that is a threat to free speech was introduced AFTER the one to recognize Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel.
