It's a "do nothing" proposal. It isn't repeal in the usual definition of that word. Congress is not willing to tell the truth. Cost increases become cuts, to pick one example.

From what I gather, the proposed bill MIGHT BE (we don't know what it is, until it appears, and then you can count on the contents being mis-represented) a defunding at some future date.

Meanwhile, status quo.

Hard to believe how inept the republicans are now that they have everything. I saw Schumer this AM saying maybe now the republicans will come out from closed doors and work with democrats like the Senate has for 200 years. I haven’t heard anyone remind him that’s how obamacare was passed, but I had to turn off the news as it isn’t good for my health.
