I’d love for it to be replaced by a singer payer. They’d run out of money immediately. I just don’t want it to be replaced by single payer.

Another example of tyranny by the majority i.e. those who get free benefits or receive undue entitlements. These SOBs in both parties can go KMA when they bankrupt the entire country over their giveaways. I am tired of it. I worked and saved for what little I got and be damned if I am going to sit back and watch that erode to nothing all the while celebrating Pyrrhic victories.

States and cities are bankrupt or close to it. Solution, raise taxes. Even if raising taxes solved the immediate problem of deficit spending, it is a long term economy killer. Simple math, you cannot have 60 or 70% of the electorate receiving far more than they put in.

Regarding medical care (not insurance) I do not wish to pay for someone elses health care. It is that simple. One should pay for it by either putting aside money, protecting themselves from catastrophe by having insurance, by receiving “gifts”; not at the point of a gun. Sorry if you cannot afford a 60 inch TV because you need go to the doctor. In fact, if less of these doctor visits were paid for directly, there would be less visits. Eat well, drink sparingly, don’t smoke, don’t take drugs, exercise and don’t get involved in deviant sexual behaviors and most would be far more healthy. Lastly, “health insurance” is not health care. I am beyond tired of having that concept misused.

I intend to keep my mouth shut on this issue of bankrupting the US from here out lest I be banned for life.
