The Democrats will.

No Republican voted for Obamacare.

The party in power will get blamed.

Doesn't matter who passed it. Republicans said they'd fix it.

I, as well as several others, have posted that many times. You are probably one of the ones I speak of blackdog.

Good for Lee and Moran. McConnell has failed dramatically here. He needed to go with the conservative’s role and force the left flank under public pressure (i.e. they ALLLLLL ran on his issue, and the moderates need to get in line on this issue). Instead he’s undercut the conservatives and told the moderates there will never be cuts to Medicaid.

I also blame Trump (who I think mostly has made excellent decisions in office). He gave the legislature the full role in this instead of leading with a template to drive up public support. He needed to lead and not try to get them to sign anything to declare victory.

Lead who? The beltway GOP has made it abundantly clear they won’t be supporting the POTUS of their own party. We are in uncharted territory in modern American history here. Never has a sitting POTUS been so abandoned by his own party immediately after he was elected.

>>>The ball is in Congress’ court. All Trump can do is ask.

He actually could do more than ask. He has never actually introduced his plan, instead letting Congress work on its version.. He should release his repeal and replace plan that brings great health care at a fraction of the cost. How could Congress not pass such a plan?

Repeal ONLY. No “replace”.

Let’s return to what we had before the debacle known as the “Affordable” Care Act that isn’t “affordable” for anyone not getting a .GOV handout.

“So when obozocare goes belly up, who gets blamed?”

The GOPe and the QUISLING RINOs seem to have this timed for the 2018 Mid-Terms.

A POX on ALL of their houses! *SPIT*

I’m actually happy this monstrosity of a bill is failing and destined to die on the vine.

I never thought anyone could make the “Affordable” Care Act any worse than it always was.

Leave it to our feckless Republican Party to figure out a way to do so.

If anything, this bill was WORSE than what it was replacing.

That is not what we need.

“Let ObamaCare crash and burn, and then Trump can step up to the microphone and push a solid plan directly to the people.”

So far, that strategy has been working; Make It So! :)

Those are just headlines. If the GOP had been criticizing Obamacare, it would be less popular.

I know it isn’t a good bill. I would love to know how Rand Paul and the others expect to get anything approved with Murkowski, McCain and Graham in the senate. I dont see any plan with cuts and defunding planned parenthood getting 50 votes.

Paging Speaker Paul Ryan! Didn’t he submit 6, 7, 8 ‘alternatives’ to 0bamaCare since its inception and all were shot down by 0bama?

Oh, wait...Ryan isn’t on our side. Never mind.

The party in power will get blamed.

Please explain to me, how does a political party get blamed for something they never voted for and were shut out of the process thereof?
