Identity politics isn’t enough. What’s the Democrats’ message?

If they have policies to address the real problems facing the country people care about, its a well-kept secret.
Today the Democrats have become the Seinfeld Party.
Dude it isn’t about making some political policy point based on rational thought. It is about motivating the lowest common denominator voter to actually get out and vote for whatever non-rational reason happens to appeal to them. Skin color is one of those reasons, the dems would be nuts not to run a minority again. Look at the margin of victory in the states that flipped, then look at the difference between the turnout between Obama and Clinton in just the black vote in those states. It’s an easy call.
