Some surgeons for kidney transplants will not do less than a score of 9, some won’t do less than a twelve. Chances are, your child would be a 12 or above. The child does not need to die to donate the organs. A six year old can donate to an adult and the kidney will grow to size.
This reminds me of the 1990 Ayala family in which daughter Anissa had cancer and needed a bone marrow transplant to save her life. Her mother conceived a child to increase the odds of finding a genetic match compatible for Anissa.
Though both instances require surgery - conceiving a child with the intent of surgically removing that child's organ a few years later, an organ which cannot regenerate takes this to the next demented level.
