I agree. If in fact, there were files on the DNC receiving dirty Russian money, why weren’t they turned over to the authorities? Where are they now? Why weren’t they used against Hillary? Or did the Russians want to be paid and were told “NO”?
The whole story smacks of a set up and the Dems. got nothing they could use against Trump before the election or they would have used it.
If you remember, the FBI said they were going to PAY for info on Trump, but decided not to. So, the answer to your question seems to be YES.
