I'm a welder in Wyoming, figgered the kids would love a swimming pond in summer, skating rink in winter. I built a little POND:

The EPA said I was some kind of enviro-terrorist, ordered me to pay $50,000 PER DAY I had it, totalling $20 MILLION..!!

I'm a poor freakin' WELDER out in the boonies...!

Funny, isn’t it, that you get in trouble if you create a pond, but you also get into trouble if you fill one in.
