Possibly the same or similar problem. Or the same people doing the same or similar DOS attack. But I’m thinking it’s more likely a network or router problem.
This has been going on for about a year now to one varying degree or another. After 20 years of operation I wonder if some of the problems are related to the size of your database servers. If you want to keep it simple, maybe only keep posts for 5 - 10 years?.
