This is ridiculous. I can remember, many years ago, when I was a new correction officer, I was assigned to frisk a group of cells on the gallery. One of the inmates turned out to be a muslim, and complained to me that I had stepped on his prayer rug. My reply to him was, “Well you shouldn’t have left it on the floor.”
They’re supposed to roll up their flying bath mats after they finish banging their heads on the floor.
