Federal government asks Supreme Court to clarify order in travel ban - SCOTUSblog

The justices could grant the government's request for a temporary stay or they could ask the challengers to respond; either way, they are likely to act quickly.

The administration is also filing an appeal in the 9th Circuit, I assume to be styled the same way as the request to SCOTUS, to stay the most recent injunction imposed by the District Court of Hawaii.

This will continue IMO until there are consequences for bad behavior of the activist jurists
