Hard to believe that Phoenix isn’t in the top 50. Guess they’ll have to try harder.
Phoenix is a great city.
Not sure how Tucson beat them out. South Tucson is pretty ghetto but nowhere near as bad as South Phoenix. And if I had my choice between number 27, Paterson, New Jersey, 28, Tucson, Arizona or 29, Gary, Indiana... I've been to all 3 and I'll take Tucson.
