Voting should have some level of difficulty

It should. Voting is a privilege. It should be the province only of committed and informed citizens. There should be no "voting by default." Our country is too precious for that.

Remember the post-2008 election videos of interviews of people who said they voted for BO and couldn't come up with a coherent list of current events (failed civics test)?
