Carville saw the Democrat dynasty just right. What he failed to see was that they'd all move to a handful of big cities where they'd win elections by massive landslides while losing the rest of the country.
Winning 80% of the vote in big cities doesn't mean squat when you lose everywhere else.
I'd like to see republicans support every piece of legislation that helps that process along.
Obama implemented policies that planted immigrant groups in red and purple states as seed communities to water down the republican majorities.
Republicans should do just the opposite by supporting policies that concentrate the democrat voting blocs on the existing democrat plantations in blue states.
