Oh shut up guys.
1. She will fall asleep during argument
2. The ban is essentially approved. SCOTUS upheld it and agreed to hear arguments in September.
3. It will essentially be a moot argument 3 months into something that was already upheld.
4. Kennedy may very well leave the bench by then and the balance shifts in kur favor.

rather than write letters, why don`t they just impeach/convict her. Her obvious inability to be impartial, her treasonous remarks regarding our constitution, and her sleeping on the job are certainly grounds enough. it is past time to retire that senile old woman!
