Here’s an idea for urban areas. Why don’t we just take the children from their homes at birth and institutionalize them. They can have a place to sleep, exercise equipment, and three squares per day. It will prepare them for their future.

LOL true. At this point, what are the “parents” required to contribute, other than the sperm and eggs? Gross.

A parent that won’t, or can’t, provide food to their excretions should have those excretions taken away to be raised as productive members of society.

They practically do that now for a large number of families.
The families to know how to game the system and decide to do so, are okay with giving up responsibility and expense of child care to the programs.

Some folks qualify for and need these free programs for a few months or years, and that’s fine, but at some point, the programs will begin making decisions for your child as though he or she was their child. The overstep may be disguised as ‘healthcare’, i.e. meds for hyperactivity, counseling for birth control or sex re-assignment w/o including the parent in making the decision.
