I guess it has to do with significance of the organization. When the mysterious purposes of God offer up an unusually flawed Archbishop of Canterbury, say, or pastor of some West Coast mega-church, or President of Gordon-Conwell, it doesn't make quite the ripple, does it?
We all lament that Christ didn't promise us flawless vicars on earth. He had a long learning curve with the first one, as I recall. He came back from the dead and reminded him, "Feed my sheep." And said it three times for emphasis.
May He repeat it early and often, daily, to the current one, until he gets the point.

You are told to listen to and believe what your Church tells you as opposed to reading, studying and believing the words of God in the scriptures...And that's what you guys do...And now your same Church is just starting to teach you that there must be a one world gov't and a one world religion to save all of you...You may not buy into it but young Catholics will accept it along with accepting queer married priests and all kinds of deceptions...
