probably not. I don’t know too many catholics that read the Bible, unfortunately. My janitorial lady at my office building said she was told by her priest it was a sin to read the Bible

Exactly. It’s complete control of the people to know or not know what God’s Word says. I have many catholic friends, all of whom I love, and none of them read the Bible. And they all pray to little fake figures or nebulous saints. Totally NOT Biblical.
